Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. 1. Office report dated 14.11.2024 indicates that notice issued to petitioner has been served as per tracking report of post office but no one has put in appearance on behalf of petitioner. 2. In view of the said office report, notice upon petitioner is deemed sufficient. 3. From perusal of material on record, it transpires that an election was held for gram panchayat and petitioner having lost the said election had filed an election petition under Section 12-C of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947. The said election petition was dismissed, against which a revision has been preferred, which has also been dismissed. 4.
