It is brought to the notice of this Court that the order of this Court disobedience of which is complained of in this contempt has been complied with and the amounts have been paid. 3. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the amounts have been received by his client. 4. In view of the above submissions, as the authorities have complied with the orders of this Court dated 14.09.2023 and the reasons for delay are satisfied, the contempt case is liable to be closed. 5. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. As the main contempt case is closed, the appearance of the respondent Nos.5 & 6 is dispensed with.
