In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court which is taken on record. It has been stated by the Standing Counsel that necessary payment orders for payment of Rs.27,15,439/- that was payable to the applicant as arrears of salary under the orders of this Court, have been sent to the concerned Treasury and shall be credited in the account of the applicant within 24 hours. The records in support of the aforesaid statement have also been annexed with the instructions as handed over by the Standing Counsel. In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. It is clarified that in case the amount referred above is not credited in the account of the applicant by 26.5.2025, the applicant may either file a recall application for recall of the present order or file a fresh contempt application.
