N. Panwar JUSTICE ANOOP KUMAR DHAND Order 21/07/2025 1. By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner-institution is seeking direction against the respondents to decide the reply submitted by the petitioner-institution with regard to the deficiency of the inspection report prepared by the respondents. [2025:RJ-JP:27178] (2 of 3) [CW-10551/2025] 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner-institution submits that vide order dated 26.02.2025, certain objections were raised by the respondents after making inspection of the petitioner- institution. Counsel submits that a detailed reply to the aforesaid objections was submitted by the petitioner-institution on 12.03.2025, but in spite of passing of considerable time, till date, the reply submitted by the petitioner-institution has not been decided by the respondents by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Counsel submits that now, the respondents are in process of completing the second round of counselling of B.Sc. Nursing Course, therefore, issuance of the appropriate directions to the respondents is sought. Hence, interference of this Court is warranted. 3. Per contra, Mr.Vigyan Shah, Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent-State opposes the arguments raised by counsel for the petitioner-institution and submits that after inspection, various deficiencies were found in the petitioner- institution which were apprised to it vide letter dated 26.02.2025. Counsel admits that though the reply of the aforesaid has been submitted, but the case of large numbers of institutions is yet to be decided at the level of the Government for which a policy decision is required to be taken. Counsel submits that now, the matter is pending and sub judice before the Minister of the Department and very soon, an appropriate decision would be taken. Hence, under these circumstances, interference of this Court is not warranted. 4. Heard and considered the submissions made at the Bar and perused the material available on record. [2025:RJ-JP:27178] (3 of 3) [CW-10551/2025] 5. Looking to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner-institution, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the expectation from the respondents to decide the reply submitted by the petitioner-institution expeditiously as early as possible, preferably within a period of one week. 6. Before parting with the order, it is made clear that this Court has not issued any order/ direction to the respondents to decide the reply of the petitioner-institution in a particular way. They would be at liberty to decide the same strictly in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. 7. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. (ANOOP KUMAR DHAND),J Aayush Sharma /214-s
