Endowments Tribunal, at Pedakakani. As there is a delay of 116 days in filing the appeal, I.A.No.2 of 2017 (C.M.A.M.P.No.1593 of 2017) has been filed, seeking condonation of the said delay. 2. On account of demise of learned counsel for appellant, this Court, on 22.07.2025, directed registry to issue notice to the appellant. 3.
