Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that its application dated 07.10.2024 at Annexure-L submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:10295 WP No. 34421 of 2024 on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said application. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to address the grievance of the petitioner regarding affiliation to respondent Nos.2 and 3 in terms of application dated 07.10.2024 at Annexure-L bearing in mind the material on record and take appropriate decision/pass appropriate order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
