1. This petition was disposed of by judgment dated 28th October, 2025. Subsequently, the Petitioner filed CRL.M.A. 34897/2025 seeking compliance of the said order.
2. The Petitioner had alleged that despite directions issued by this Court, the Petitioner was not moved to the open jail in Tihar. Mr. Sarthak Maggon, counsel for the Petitioner, now confirms that the Petitioner has been transferred to the open jail; however, he submits that an issue relating to employment outside the jail still survives.
3. In the opinion of the Court, the Petitioner’s grievance regarding employment cannot be adjudicated in an application filed for compliance.
