1. Heard the parties.
2. The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:-
“(i). For the issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding upon the respondent especially respondent no.4, 5 & 6 as to why they have permitted respondent no.7 to 10 to hold a public meeting of congress party upon the raiyati land without his

permission or, consent under the wrong order of the Cabinet Minister, Shilpi Neha Tirkey. (ii) For the directions upon the respondents nos.4, 5 & 6 to adequately compensate the petitioner for not seeking permission from the raiyat (petitioner), as it violates legal rights of the petitioner as it is enshrined in Article 300A of the Constitution of India. (iii) For the directions upon the respondent nos.4, 5 & 6 to stop organizing football matches & other public meetings & not to issue written permission to organizers, as on objection they say that have written permission.”
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law i.e., Civil and Criminal.

Learned counsel for the other side has raised no objection.
5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is hereby, disposed of as withdraw with the aforesaid liberty.
