ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“... to declare not to implement the impugned G.O.Ms.No.212 Finance & Planning (F.W.P.C.111) Department, dated 22.04.1994 as illegal, arbitrary, against Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India which sought to regularise all the daily wage employees declaring the action of the respondent directing that the appellant services be regularised with effect from the date of the completing their five years continuous services as was laid down by the Apex court in District collector/Chairperson& others vs.M.L.Singh & others (2009) 8 SCC 4.”
2. Heard Sri Shaik Khader Vali, learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Animal Husbandry appearing for respondents. Perused the material on record. 2

Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Department in which the Petitioners are working would fall under the purview of Act No.30 of 2023 of Andhra Pradesh Regularisation of Services of Contract Employees Act, 2023 (for short „the Act‟). Learned counsel would submit that a direction may be given to the respondent authorities to examine the candidature of the Petitioners as per the Act and to pass appropriate orders according to the governing rules and law. 4. Learned Government Pleader would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions and the material on record, as rightly put by learned counsel for the Petitioners, since the Petitioners are working in the department which falls under Act No.30 of 2023 of the Act, it is apposite to direct the respondent No.2 to examine the case of the Petitioners under Act No.30 of 2023 of the Act and to take an appropriate decision regarding regularisation of the Petitioners according to the governing rules and law. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
