By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “I. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue the appropriate writ (s)/ Order (s)/ Direction (s) against the respondents and quash/ set aside the impugned order No एफ 2-96/2022/20-दो. नवा रायपुरा, dated 04.09.2023 (ANNEXURE-P/1) issued by the office of the respondent no.1 by declaring the same is bad in the eyes of law in respect of the petitioner case. II. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents not to disturb the posting of the petitioner in pursuant to the impugned order. III. Any other relief/relief's, which this Hon'ble Court may think fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, with cost of the petition, may also please be granted to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the afflux of time, the petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
