By means of this application, the Petitioner has sought for indulgence of this Court praying for a direction to Opposite Party No.3, i.e. I.I.C., Nimapara P.S. for proper investigation in connection with the F.I.R. registered under Annexure-1. 2. The specific grievance of the Petitioner pursuant to registration of the F.I.R. is that investigation has not been carried out properly. 3. Having regard to the fact that F.I.R. has been lodged since 16.05.2025, it is expected that the investigation in the matter be taken up properly in accordance with law and be completed within a reasonable period of time. In the event charge-sheet has not been submitted in the meanwhile, the investigation be completed and charge-sheet be submitted, if any, within a period of two months, if there be no other legal impediment. 4.
