ANJARIA) In order dated 14.07.2023 passed by learned Single Judge while disposing of Writ Petition No.8836 of 2020, following directions were issued which are now made subject matter of the contempt jurisdiction alleging breach thereof, "(i) The Principal Secretary, Revenue Department is directed to take necessary steps to have the necessary Committees constituted in the State on or before 15.12.2023 for considering the applications filed for regularization of unauthorised occupation and cultivation. (ii) The Committees to be so formed are directed to consider the applications filed by the petitioners herein within a period of six months from the date of their constitution and pass appropriate orders. (iii) The writ petitions are accordingly, disposed of." 2. In the compliance affidavit which was relied on by learned Additional Government Advocate Smt. Pramodhini Kishan, it is stated inter alia that the Committee for regularisation of the unauthorised occupation and cultivation has been constituted in Devanahalli Taluka by the notification dated 05.03.2024. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:9512-DB CCC No. 1394 of 2024 3.
