The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- “For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions in the nature of mandamus directing the Circle Officer, Baghmara to rectify the incorrect entries made in the revenue records whereby and whereunder a portion of land belonging to the Petitioners and in their possession since 23.03.2013 have been incorrectly altered and recorded as belonging to one Jagu Mahato and in the name of Anabad Bihar Government.” 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out their remedy in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel for the other side has raised no objection. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
