Petitioner prays to initiate a contempt upon the respondents for allegedly violating the order passed in W.P.(S) No.1804 of 2024 and other analogous cases. 3. The writ petition being W.P.(S) No.1804 of 2024 (Jitendra Kumar Singh & Others vs. the State of Jharkhand & Ors.) and other analogous cases was disposed of on 16.04.2024 by co-ordinate Bench of this Court with a direction to consider the case of the petitioner, if their case is similar to that of W.P.(S) No.2378 of 2019 (Paras Nath Mandal vs. the State of Jharkhand & Ors.) and other analogous cases. 4. It is evident from the order that the Court did not enter into the merit of the case. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after this order was passed, in compliance of order, the petitioner was given an opportunity to appear in counseling process. The petitioner appeared in counseling process and thereafter, the respondents have taken stand that the marks obtained by the petitioner is lesser than the marks obtained by the candidates, who has been last selected. 6. Considering the said submission, I am of the opinion that no contempt is made out, the contempt application is dropped. 7. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any of the action of the respondents, it will be open to the petitioner to challenge the same before the appropriate forum. 8. Pending I.A., if any stands disposed of. (ANANDA SEN, J.) 19th December, 2025 R.S./SKD Uploaded on 19.12.2025
