Applications for condonation of delay are allowed in view of the fact that in one of the cases i.e. LPA No. 787 of 2025, the delay has been condoned and the appeal has been duly registered. Accordingly, all the applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of. All the appeals be registered. LPA No. 787 of 2025 a/w LPA Nos. 844 to 851, 853 to 861, 868, 881 to 891 and 893 to 896 of 2025 3. Notice. Mr. Anuj Gupta, learned Advocate and Mr. Pranay Pratap Singh, learned Additional Advocate General, appear and accept notice on behalf of the respondents-workmen and respondents-State, respectively. 4. The issue(s) which is subject matter of the present appeal(s) is to successful challenge laid to the transfer order dated 04.09.2020 of the workmen, whereby the transfer order had initially been quashed on 01.11.2022. The learned Single Judge had dismissed the writ petition of the Management vide impugned order dated 24.04.2025 on the ground that even the Reference Court has decided the main case on 01.11.2022. The Reference of the Mazdoor Sangh of the employer, as such, was answered in negative. 5. It is pointed out that Mazdoor Sangh has filed writ petition before this Court and the matter has been referred to mediation to be done my Mr. J. S. Bhogal, Senior Advocate, of this Court. Considering this aspect, we request that these 34 matters be also looked into by the said Mediator, as the issues are probably overlapping. 6. List on 23.12.2025, before the learned Mediator, when the other matter is already fixed for mediation. Copy of this order be sent to the learned Mediator. (G. S.
