Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer: “It is therefore most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to admit this case and after hearing the counsel from both sides may be pleased to direct the Tahasildar, Kendrapara( O .P. No.4) to take legal action against the opposite party no.5 by evicting and demolishing half construction work of opposite party no.5 from Govt. plot no.3553 for common passage of public as well as petitioner go to main road by considering the representation dated 18.3.2025 which is pending before the opposite party no.4 for consideration for ends of justice. And pass any other order (s)/direction(s) as would deem fit and proper.” 4. In view of such facts and submission, without going into the merit of the case, the Opposite Party No.3/ The Addl. District Magistrate (Revenue), Kendrapara is directed to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 by passing a reasoned order within a period of one month from the date of production/presentation of a certified copy of this order. 6.
