Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- “i) That the respondent No. 1 to 3 may be directed to take action on the warrant of ejectment under section 163 of H.P. Land Revenue Act, 1954 against respondent No.4 & 5. (ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to eject the respondent No. 4 & 5 from the Khasra No. 1202/2/1 on which unauthorized construction has been done by respondent No. 4 & 5 on the Govt. land in the interest of Justice. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:40196 (iii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to produce the entire record pertaining to the case of the petitioner for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court.” 2. Mr. Nimish Gupta, learned Counsel for the private respondents has submitted that said respondents have already assailed the order of eviction passed against them which petitions are pending before the Appellate Authority. 3. In light of this aspect of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that learned Appellate Authority shall decide the proceedings pending before it in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today. It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation as far as merit of the case are concerned and the appeal shall be decided by the Authority, uninfluenced of the observations made by this Court in this order, on its own merit.
