The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to consider the F- Line Application initially filed by the husband of the Writ Petitioner dated 04.08.2021 (Ex.P7) and thereafter by the Writ Petitioner (after the death of her husband) dated 11.11.2024 (Ex.P8). Learned Assistant Government Pleader has submitted Written Instructions furnished by the Tahsildar of Tirupati Urban Mandal dated 06.01.2025. A copy of it has been served on the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. The same is taken on record. 4. The said Written Instructions would indicate that the Application of the Petitioner is now under consideration and the same will be disposed of by following the due procedure as per the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923. Having regard to the above Written Instructions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merits, directing the Tahsildar of Tirupati Urban Mandal (Respondent No.3) to act on the F-Line Applications (mentioned supra) (Ex.P7 & P8) in accordance with law and issue final proceeding within a period of eight weeks from today and communicate such final proceeding to all the 2. 3. 5. 3 stakeholders including the Petitioner herein.
