Ashraya Associates, has submitted a tender only in respect of Chamarajanagar District. Similarly, the petitioner in W.P.No.34687/2024 has submitted the tender only for Raichur District. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:1475 WP No. 34637 of 2024 2. Learned Counsel would therefore submit that the writ petition may be disposed of in respect of all other Districts, since the petitioner has not submitted their tender in the other Districts and no useful purpose would be served keeping the writ petition pending for consideration in respect of the other Districts. 3.
