Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that aforesaid case is pending since 2018. Therefore, a direction may be issued to Prescribed Authority, Mathurar to decide the suit at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to Prescribed Authority, Mathura to decide the P.A. Case No. 24 of 2018 in accordance with law, if possible within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
