After making her submissions for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be allowed to withdraw these proceedings, with liberty to move appropriate application to seek recall of the ex parte decree. Accordingly, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
