The petitioner, Record Assistant (under suspension) at Sri Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Devasthanam, filed the above writ petition challenging the proceedings issued by respondent No.3 vide Rc.No.Nil/2024, dated 14.11.2024 (Ex.P1), whereby placing the petitioner under suspension, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard Sri D.V. Sasidhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments appeared for respondents 1 to 3. 3. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner submitted an explanation dated 28.11.2024 (Ex.P2) and further urged to direct the Executive Officer of respondent No.3 to conclude the inquiry.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments while not refuting the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the inquiry officer will be appointed very shortly and the inquiry will be concluded within four months. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the learned Executive Officer of respondent No.3 to conclude the inquiry in pursuance of Exs.P1 & P2, strictly by following the Rules, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
