----- 4/ 07.11.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sakchi P.S. Case No. 236 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 318 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 318(2), 338, 336(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. Bail application of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 1476 of 2025 by order dated 24.03.2025. 4. On 27.11.2024, the informant came to know that Rs. 58,50,150/- was transferred through the RTGS to the Bank Account of M/s Visher Enterprises, Bhubaneshwar. Petitioner worked as the Accountant in the jewellery shop of the informant. Suspicion was raised upon the petitioner that he had manipulated the mobile number of the Informant, due to which, confirmation call of the bank was forwarded to another mobile phone. During course of investigation, the petitioner was apprehended and, on his confession, co-accused Kulwant Singh was apprehended. It transpired that the money was transferred to the account of M/s Visher Enterprises. Face of Kulwant Singh was captured in the CCTV Camera of ATM Kiosk where he withdrew several times about Rs. 10.00 lakhs from the said account on various dates. 2
5. A report regarding the stage of trial, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that out of six charge-sheeted witnesses, three witnesses including the informant have been examined. It further appears that trial is likely to be concluded within six months. 6. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the trial is under progress, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. 7. Learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr. 07.11.2025
