None appears on behalf of both the parties, nor any accommodation being sought for. Challenging a notice issued to the petitioner under Section 13(2) of the SARFASI Act, 2002, the present writ petition was preferred due to existence of efficacious alternative remedy this writ petition is not maintainable. I am of the view the passage of time the writ petition is become infractuous. In view thereof, the writ petition being WPA 17094 of 2011 is dismissed as infractuous.
