Case No.319 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No.703 of 2025, pending on the file of S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal, registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 85,296,115(2),126(2),351(3), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023, has filed this petition for his release on pre- arrest bail. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that procedure of Section 35 of B.N.S.S. has already been followed against the present Petitioner. 4.
