Appeal (S.J) No. 173 of 2025 which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 05.08.2025 passed by this Court. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that due to inadvertence, the order could not be complied with for which, he tenders apology and he will comply with the order dated 05.08.2025 passed by this Court and hence, this Cr.M.P No. 2850 of 2025 may be restored. 3. Learned counsel for the State raised no objection. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and in view of the fact that the order will be complied, the prayer for the restoration of Cr. Appeal (S.J) No. 173 of 2025 is allowed and Cr. Appeal (S.J) No. 173 of 2025 is restored to its original file subject to the condition that the petitioner shall comply with the order dated 05.08.2025 passed by this Court. . 5.
