1. Parties have filed a compromise petition.
2. The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition was that he has been transferred from Gram Panchayat Khapari to Nawagarh Janpad Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN
2 Panchayat and his posting is under the option of the Chief Executive Officer Janpad Panchayat Nawagarh. The petitioner is employed as Panchayat Secretary and was posted at Gram Khapari. Vide order dated 11-09-2023 he has been transferred from Gram Panchayat Khapari to Janpad Panchayat Nawagarh, which has been challenged by him in the instant petition.
3. In the instant petition an interim order has been passed on 20-09-2023 staying the effect and operation of the order dated 11-09-2023. During pendency of the present petition, respondent No.4 has withdrawn the order dated 11-09-2023 and now the petitioner does not want to prosecute his petition further in which the State is also not having any objection.
