The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case was taken up on 19-9-2025 and bail was granted to the petitioners, but inadvertently at para-2, Section 302 IPC was not recorded. 3. Learned APP does not dispute the said submission. 4. Considering the submission made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, para-2 of the order dated 19-9-2025 is modified to be read as – “Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Patna High Court CR.
