The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of land bearing Sy.No.1/1 measuring 2 acres 10 guntas and Sy.No.2/1 measuring 33 guntas, both situate at Seethapura Village, Kasaba Hobli, Tarikere Taluk, Chikkamagaluru District and fix haddubasthu as requested by the petitioner. 2. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that in respect of Sy.No.1/1, a portion of the land - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:12870 WP No. 34815 of 2024 has been acquired by the Highway Authorities and the Survey Authorities had called upon the petitioner to furnish documents relating to acquisition and in respect of Sy.No.2/1, it is stated that the petitioner did not co-operate for the survey and hence, his application was closed. 3. In light of the above, it would be appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a fresh online application to the Survey Authorities to conduct survey and fix haddubasthu in respect of Sy.Nos.1/1 and 2/1 and also furnish all the relevant documents which are required by the Survey Authorities. 4. If such an application is made learned AGA submits, on instructions, that the same would be considered within three months from the date of the application. 5. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to file an online application for conducting survey and fix haddubasthu of land in Sy.Nos.1/1 and 2/1. If such an application is made online, the - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:12870 WP No. 34815 of 2024 Survey Authorities are directed to conduct survey and fix haddubasthu of the aforesaid lands within a period of three months from the date of the online application. 6.
