The instant application under section 528 BNSS has been filed seeking quashing of the charge sheet dated 10.3.2020 filed against the applicants u/s 323, 325 and 506 IPC police station Nawabganj District Kanpur Nagar and the cognizance/summoning order dated 20.8.2020 passed by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar and the other subsequent orders as well as the entire proceedings of Case No. 10425 of 2020 (State Vs. Abdul Shafeeq Shah and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 21 of 2020 police station Nawabganj District Kanpur Nagar on the basis of compromise. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants wants to withdraw this application and it may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
