The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 240 of 2025, registered under sections 303 (2), 317(2), 317(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M, Koderma. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is Scrap Dealer and owner of firm M/s Dineshwar Saw as well as owner of seized iron scrap having GST number. He further submits that iron scrap was sold by the petitioner to M/s Tushyam Mattel Pvt. Limited Gajhandi Road, Gumo. He further submits that seized iron scrap was not theft property. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 10 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that iron scrap was sold by the petitioner. 5. Considering that petitioner is Scrap Dealer and owner of firm M/s Dineshwar Saw as well as owner of seized iron scrap having GST number, iron scrap was sold by the petitioner to MS Tushyam Mattel Pvt. Limited Gajhandi Road, Gumo and petitioner has no criminal antecedent ( 2025:JHHC:32629 ) which is disclosed in para 10 of the petition, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Koderma, in connection with Telaiya P.S.
