Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Non-Medical) at GMS Thanali, u/c GSSS Seri Banglow, Karsog-I, District Mandi, H.P. His case is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid sub-cadre area of Chouhar Valley on District Mandi, H.P., he preferred a representation on 28.10.2025 ( Annexure P-5) to respondent No.2 seeking his transfer. The aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided by the respondents. 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 28.10.2025 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of four weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
