(Oral) Careful perusal of reply filed by the respondents reveals that on account of shortage of teachers, coupled with the fact that no transfer can be effected in mid academic session, respondent-State has not been able to post the teachers at GSSS Mehndobag, Tehsil Pachhad, District Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh, where there is shortage of teachers. It has been averred in the reply that at present nine teachers stand posted in school, where at present 104 students are studying. 2. Learned Additional Advocate General states that as and when the next academic session begins, teachers qua the concerned subjects i.e. Mathematics and Political Science, shall be posted in the school in question. 2 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that present petition can be disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondent to post the teachers immediately in the beginning of the next academic session. 4. In view of the above, present contempt petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondent to ensure that two teachers for the subjects of Mathematics and Political Science are posted in the school concerned immediately in the beginning of the next academic session, failing which, he would aggravate the contempt and petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken against the erring official.
