By filing this writ petition, petitioner is praying that a direction may be given to the respondent- Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) to disclose the actual marks obtained by the petitioner as well as the marks awarded to the petitioner after normalization. Further, he prays that the marks of the other selected candidates in subject Hindi be divulged to him. 3. The prayer which the petitioner has made can well be redressed under the Right Information Act. Since the petitioner has got an alternative statutory forum and remedy, considering the nature of the prayer which the petitioner is made, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 4.
