Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not intend to have the land acquired on the current circle rate and they want to rate which has been paid to the other land owners to be paid to them. This Court is of the considered view that in the light of the fact that the respondent has agreed to acquire the land of the petitioner. It is not for this Court to suggest as to what should be the compensation to which the petitioner is entitled. Obviously, that will be determined by the process of acquisition. 2. Accordingly, these proceedings are closed with the observation that the process of acquisition of the land of the petitioner be initiated and completed in terms of the time frame as mentioned in the order passed by this Court in the writ petition.
