Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that, so far as petitioner No.3 herein/A6 is concerned, except the present crime, he is not involved in any other crime and, so far as petitioner Nos.1, 2, 4 and 5/A4, A5, A8 and A9 are concerned, they were involved in similar crimes. 6. ln View Of the aforesaid facts and Circumstances Of the case, this court is inclined to grant bail to petitioner No.3 herein/A6 only, Since he 'lS not involved in any Other Crime and not 'InClined tO grant ba" tO Petitioners Nos.1, 2, 4 and 5 herein/A4, A5, A8 and A9 and the Criminal Petition in respect Of the said accused is dismissed. 7.
