Nalwa, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana Contends that the learned first Appellate Court has completely misread the documentary evidence on record and has wrongly held that the appellants had crossed the age of 60 years. According to the learned counsel, the findings recorded by the learned first Appellate Court being contrary to the record cannot be sustained. The argument of the learned counsel raises a substantial question of law. Admitted. The interim order dated December 19, 2000 shall continue to operate till further orders.
