Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, petitioner has submitted his representation before respondent No.2 Vice Chancellor of H.P University, Summerhill, Shimla, which is pending consideration. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner has further submitted that he has instruction to submit that in case respondents, especially respondent No.2, is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner in a time bound manner, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 then, the petitioner would be satisfied and would not press the present writ petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh in case, his grievance is not redressed by decision to be taken by the respondents. 3. In view of above, present petition is disposed of with liberty, as prayed, with direction to the respondents, especially respondent No.2, Vice Chancellor, H.P University Summershil, Shimla to decide the representation of the petitioner after giving him opportunity of hearing, if so desired, by passing a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, on or before 31.12.2025. 4. Needless to say, immediately after taking decision on the representation, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner. 5. Pending application (s), if any, are also stand disposed of.
