The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Meharma P.S. Case No. 73/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 848/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Mukti Bhagat, learned J.M., 1st Class, Godda. 2. Petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased Rabita Devi who was murdered in her matrimonial home. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that there is no eye witness to the occurrence. It was further submitted that the petitioners have been made accused in this case only on suspicion. 4. Mr. Arup Kr Dey, learned A.P.P., after going through the case diary has submitted that two witnesses have stated that at the time of occurrence, there was some quarrel between the petitioners and the deceased, due to which, the deceased sustained injury and died. He also submitted that the husband was not present at the place of occurrence when the incident took place. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioners, on bail.
