ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“….to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent No. 3 to 5 in calling the Petitioner to the Dachepalli Police Station frequently and interfering into civil disputes between me and Unofficial Respondents inspite of ad-interim injunction in my favour in pending Civil Suit vide O.S. No. 53 of 2024 on the file of Principal Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gurazala and pressurizing me to stop construction work in my property and settle Civil Disputes and interfering into the Right to Life and Personal Liberty as illegal, arbitrary, violation of Principles of Natural Justice and violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No 3 to 5 not to call the Petitioners herein to the Police Station and not to interfere in the Civil Disputes and pass….
2. Heard Sri Bhuvanagiri Subramanya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering in the civil disputes.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions dated 03.01.2025 would submit that on the complaint given by the 6th respondent against the petitioner, the police called the both parties and advised them to settle the matter before the competent court as the matter is already pending before the Court. Further they stated that if there is any law and order problem the police will issue 145 Cr.P.C orders.

5. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed under 145 Cr.P.C. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
