Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 303 of 2024 arising out of Borio P.S. Case No. 264 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 302 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj.

On 25.08.2023, the informant came to know that his parents were murdered in their house. Suspicion has been raised against the petitioner and co-accused persons that due to land dispute, they might to have committed the murder of the deceased.

Ms. Anuradha Sahay, learned A.P.P. after going through the case diary, she has submitted that apart from the suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on record.

In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj, in connection with S.T. No. 303 of 2024 arising out of Borio P.S. Case No. 264 of 2023.
