relation to land acquired for the revenue estate of Village Baselwa vide notification dated 30.08.2008. It is a matter of record that no appeal against the same has been preferred at the instance of respondents. As a matter of fact, the market value with respect to Baselwa has now been assessed to Rs.3704/- in terms of decision rendered in “Banwari Lal and Anr. (Surpa). Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed of and the appellant-landowner is held entitled for similar amount of compensation as has been awarded to other similarly situated landowners, along with all statutory benefits and interest available under the amended provisions of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 as applicable to the present acquisition. Pending application(s), if any shall also stand disposed of.
