No.69 of 2007, dated 07.07.2007 passed by the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, confirming the judgment dated 21.6.2007 passed by the Special Judicial First Class Magistrate (Prohibition & Excise), Visakhapatnam, in C.C.No.209 of 2006. 2. Heard. Perused the record. 3. A perusal of the explanation submitted by the Station House Officer, Gajuwaka Police Station, Visakhapatnam City, indicates that petitioner/accused died on 04.5.2014 and a copy of death certificate is also enclosed. 4. No representation on behalf of respondent No.1/complainant. No steps have been taken to implead the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner and legal representatives have also not come forward. Hence, this Court is inclined to dismiss the Criminal Revision Petition as abated. 5. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
