Una is aggrieved of order dated 16.12.2025 (Annexure P-1), whereby, he has been transferred from afore branch to UCO Bank, Gehrwin Branch, Distt. Bilaspur. Though, it has been fairly admitted at the behest of the petitioner that he has completed more than 6 years of service at present place of posting, but intervention of this Court has been sought on the ground that petitioner is under treatment from IGMC Shimla, as such, ought not have been transferred. 2. While putting in appearance on behalf of the respondents, Mr. Sanjay Dalmia, Advocate, vehemently argued that petitioner has remained posted at Mehatpur Branch for 6 years 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? coupled with the fact that respondents have already rejected his representation. 3. Since, it is not in dispute, rather, stands admitted by the petitioner that he has worked at Mehatpur for more than 6 years coupled with the fact that he has been transferred to Gehrwin Branch, which is nearer to IGMC, Shimla, this Court sees no reason to interfere with the impugned transfer order and as such, same is upheld, however, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the competent authority, within a period of three days, praying therein to keep the impugned order dated 16.12.2025 in abeyance for a period of six months, with further direction to respondents to consider and decide the afore representation, if filed within a period of three days, expeditiously, preferably, within a period of one weeks. Needless to say, authority concerned while doing the needful in terms of instant order shall afford an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and pass appropriate order, taking note of his medical condition coupled with the fact that his minor child is presently studying in UKG and is in mid- academic session.
