Mr. Pankaj Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Mr. D.S. Bora, learned Standing Counsel, for the State of Uttarakhand/1 and 2. 3. Petitioners are serving as Senior Branch Managers in District Cooperative Bank, Dehradun. The Member Secretary, State Cooperative Bank, Uttarakhand had specified certain conditions for promotion from the post of Senior Branch Manager to the post of Deputy General Manager in his circular dated 25.09.2017. Thus, feeling aggrieved by those conditions, petitioners filed this writ petition in the year 2017, and they also sought a writ of mandamus to the authorities to finalize seniority list. 4. Short counter affidavit has been filed by respondent no.3/Managing Director/Member Secretary State Cooperative Bank Dehradun. In paragraph 6 of the said affidavit, it is stated that all the petitioners have already been promoted to the post of Deputy General Manager, vide order dated 29.05.2018. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since all the petitioners have been promoted as Deputy General Manager, therefore, the reliefs as claimed in the writ petition do not survive. 6.
