2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Harla P.S. Case No. 165 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 307, 326 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-B) (a) / 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Akshay Sharma, learned J.M.F.C., Bokaro.
3. On 11.11.2023 at about 8.35 a.m., Informant was going on a motorcycle bearing registration no. JH 09 AX 4791. When he reached near Basanti More, somebody had fired upon him from behind, due to which, he sustained injury. Informant could not see as to who had fired upon him.
4. Mr. B.M. Tripathi, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submitted that the name of the petitioner had transpired after eight days from the date of occurrence on suspicion. It was further submitted that the Informant has not seen anyone firing upon him.
5. Ms. Kumari Rashmi, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent.
6. In view of the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Akshay Sharma, learned J.M.F.C., Bokaro in connection with Harla P.S. Case No. 165 of 2023.
