The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Katras P.S. Case No. 174 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 191 (2)/333/126 (2)/115 (2)/109 (1)/352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lodged a case, being Katras P.S. Case No. 175 of 2025 alleging that Santoshi Devi (petitioner herein), Rahul Dev Goswami and Shiksha Goswami have received the injury. He next submits that on the same day, the present FIR has been lodged against the petitioner and others. He also submits that the petitioner is a lady and she has given her fardbeyan in the injured condition in the hospital before the police officer. He then submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-11 of the petition. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the [2025:JHHC:33847] -2- prayer and submit that the allegation of assault is there. 5. Considering that there are case and counter case and the fardbeyan of the petitioner is annexed as Annexure-2, in which, the informant of the present case and others have been made accused, which is registered as Katras P.S. Case No. 175 of 2025 and further the petitioner being a lady and she is having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-11 of the petition, I am inclined to provide the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today, and in the event of her surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Katras P.S.
