JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 5 06-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 66 and 66(D) of the IT Act and Sections 303(2) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. The petitioner is a cyber fraud. He is accused of committing fraud and cheating various people. The police got a complaint in the portal and thereafter raided his house and he was found involved in cyber crime. He has been involved in taking online orders and thereafter cheating the people. He is in Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26619 of 2025(5) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 jail custody since 14.01.2025. 4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed. P.
