Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this interlocutory application has been filed with the prayer to withdraw the supplementary affidavit dated 27.03.2025 whereby the petitioner has brought on record the cognizance order.
Learned counsel for the opp. parties has no objection to the prayer of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, the prayer of the petitioner to withdraw the supplementary affidavit dated 27.03.2025 is allowed and it is ordered that the same would no more to be treated as the part of the record.
This interlocutory application is disposed of accordingly.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to raise all the grounds mentioned in the petition before appropriate court at appropriate stage. Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
