MP No. 5138 of 2025 By way of the present joint application, which has been moved by the petitioner, as well as, respondents, a prayer has been made to issue the direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No. 2 Amb, District Una, H.P., to release the amount of compensation of Rs. 7,00,000/- with upto date interest, in favour of LRs of deceased respondent Yash Pal Singh, who have been impleaded as respondents No. (a) to (d), in equal shares, as well as, Rs. 67,500/-, in favour of petitioner Kuldeep Singh. The Criminal Revision No. 594 of 2023, has been decided on 05.04.2024, on the basis of the compromise, between the parties, Annexure A-1. In view of the fact that the matter has been decided, on the basis of compromise Annexure A-1, the joint application, moved by the parties to the petition, is allowed, and the amount, so deposited is ordered to be released, in favour of the LRs of the deceased respondent, by remitting the same to the bank accounts, particulars of which shall be supplied to the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Court, Court No. 2, Amb, District Una, H.P.
